Non-rolling contents are difficult to unload in a dosed manner from the big bag; often bridging occurs during unloading. By suspending the bigbag with the lifting beam, the contents are given all the space they need to unload.

So with the Modulo HI you can easily create a bigbag unloading station! The Modulo HI consists of a Modulo SP (a powder-coated steel frame with a set steel container) and a frame on which the lifting beam can be placed.

The Modulo HI funnel is for big bags with unloading hose. Do you have big bags without a discharge flute? Then choose the Modulo HI spike version.

This frame can be used to unload big bags with unloading flute. Thanks to the fixed dosing valve, dosing can be done very accurately, it closes seamlessly. Because the frame is powder coated, a long service life is guaranteed. With a load capacity of 2000kg, this frame can easily handle any big bag.

Suitable for "non-rolling" products such as powders, cement etc. But also rolling products can be unloaded perfectly with the Modulo HI. The Modulo HI is of course suitable for the food industry, the materials used meet the requirements of this sector.

About the Vidbag System

What is the delivery time?

Within the BeNeLux the delivery time is 1 to 2 working days with the exception of the frames. For the frames the delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.
